Enable Correct Scopes

This document will help you ensure that we at Order Protection have access to the scopes necessary for a successful onboarding.

Steps to Enable Correct Scopes

1. Go to your Shopify admin
2. Click "Settings" from the left hand menu
3. Click "Users and Permissions" from the left hand menu
4. Scroll down to the "Collaborators" section and click Order Protection's collaborator account
5. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and select the following scopes if not already selected:
   • Orders
     • Edit Orders
     • Refund Orders
   • Draft Orders
   • Products
   • Gift Cards
   • Customers
   • Reports
   • Dashboards
   • Discounts
   • Manage and install apps and channels
   • Themes
   • Blog posts and pages
   • Navigation
   • Manage settings
   • Locations
   • View apps developed by staff and collaborators
     • Develop apps
     • Enable app development
6. Click "Save"
