My package is missing; is it lost or stolen? The difference between the two is that Lost is considered a courier problem and is showing a tracking number that has 7+ days of no movement since its last check-in point. Stolen is a package with a "Delivered" tracking that is not in your physical possession or has been video recorded by a security camera showing it being taken without permission.
To claim Stolen under Order Protection for orders over $100 subtotal, you need to provide us with a valid police report. We will proceed with replacing your order or a refund minus any coupon or discount code applied provided by the merchant; once we received the police report.
Orders with < $100 subtotal will be eligible for a stolen claim with an affidavit that may be examined by a U.S. post office government official or courier fraud department for further investigation.
Under Order Protection, this action can only be done at one time because we are paying for your shipping cost.
