For item(s) received in less than satisfactory condition of minor scratches, dust, dirty, or dinged we may asses a partial refund to cover the value of the damage. For example if an item of clothing is missing a button we may issue you a 15% customer appeasement refund credit for tailoring instead of replacing the entire garment.
Items with severe damage, ruining the main purpose of the item, will be eligible for a full refund or reship claim. More info on how refunds are calculated here.
