How do I get a refund?

Once your claim is submitted and a concierge specialist has been in communication that it's approved, you will be refunded via the merchant by us.

Minor damages:

15% of the total, calculated based on the item(s) subtotal, minus any discounts applied and does not include taxes, shipping & handling, or virtual items.

All Items Fully Damaged:

Covers the full amount paid including taxes, shipping & handling.

Some Item(s) Fully Damaged:

Calculated based on the item(s) subtotal, minus any discounts applied and does not include taxes, shipping & handling, or virtual items.
