I no longer live in my current address. Can I just get a refund?

In order to be eligible for a refund you must contact the merchant directly and is subject to their shipping & returns policy. If the package can still be rejected by the recipient living at that address you may be eligible for an a return to sender/RTS from the merchant. Please contact them immediately about this.
