Timing is a critical part of the claim process, in order for your claim to be eligible you must report each different type of order issue within the appropriate timeframe.
Stolen - Within 5 days of "Delivered" tracking
Delivered Not Received - Within 5 days of "Delivered" tracking
Lost in Transit - U.S. domestic shipments more than 7, less than 30 days after the last check-in on your tracking. International more than 14, less than 30 days.
Damaged - Within 5 days of "Delivered" tracking
Wrong Item(s) - Within 5 days of "Delivered" tracking
