If your package has a "Delivered" tracking number to the correct address input at the time of checkout but not physically in your possession your order may be eligible for a Delivered Not Received claim.
We will not cover packages shipped to the address on your order confirmation that was a typo or temporary address you're no longer residing, such as a hotel. These cases will have to be managed by the merchant directly to request a shipment reject to return to sender for a refund and is handled under the merchant's shipping & returns policy.
Please allow up to 2 business days after the delivered status date to allow for any errors on the courier part, or a neighbor to locate and return the package. Also try checking with your nearby neighbors if they have your package in possession mistakenly.
To claim Delivered Not Received under Order Protection for orders you will need to fill out an affidavit that may be examined by a U.S. post office government official or courier fraud department for further investigation.
Under Order Protection, this action can only be done at one time because we are paying for your shipping cost.
