In some cases where your order has to return to the sender (merchant) due to an insufficient address, you need to reach out to your merchant for reshipping or replacement. Depends on your merchant refund policy, you may be able to get a refund to your original method of payment. Please contact the merchant directly if you have an issue with Returned to Sender package.
