In order for us to efficiently manage your issue we need a claim submitted. Please follow these steps in order to do so:
- Go to claims.orderprotection.com or you may access your claim URL from the order confirmation screen of the merchant:
- Enter the email address and order number from the merchant. If you do not have this please contact the merchant to acquire this information. This information may be pre-filled if you're accessing this screen from the merchant's order confirmation page. Click "Next".
- Select the type of issue you're experiencing. Please note: Address changes, last-minute cancellations, or any pre-shipment issues will not be handled by OrderProtection.com and need to be sent to the merchant support contact immediately.
- Add any details relevant to your claim, such as security camera photos of a stolen package, or photos of damaged items. Click Next.
- Once all steps have been completed click "Submit". You will see a confirmation message verifying your claim has been submitted. Please allow up to 2 business days for a Concierge Specialist to reach back out on next steps.
